Place Estate Agents has officially launched its newest office at the Scarborough waterfront, with Principal Jess Culling at the helm of Place Redcliffe Peninsula.

The office has already achieved the top spot agency position in the location, with Ms Culling securing the number one agent status in Newport.

The opening event attracted over 100 local guests, marking a significant milestone for the brand’s expansion into the rapidly growing Moreton Bay Region.

Ms Culling, a local resident and experienced real estate professional, leads a team of 14 professionals, including six experienced agents, three associates, and dedicated support staff.

“It’s fantastic to officially open our doors here at the Scarborough waterfront, and we’re grateful for the amazing turnout and warm welcome from the local community,” Ms Culling said.

“We want to offer something truly different in this region – an experience that is elevated, consistent, and focused on delivering the best results for our clients.”

The office features a full in-house marketing team, a property management BDM, and a dedicated buyer manager, with plans for further expansion.

“We’re thrilled to have such a dedicated team in place and we’re continuing to recruit as we expand,” Ms Culling said.

“Our goal is to have suburb specialists in every corner of the Peninsula so we can provide the most informed, personalised service to our clients.”

Place Estate Agents CEO Damian Hackett was excited to see the new venture.

“Opening a Place office in the Redcliffe Peninsula was an opportunity that made sense for our brand, and I couldn’t think of anyone better than Jess and her team to lead the charge here,” Mr Hackett said.

“Their passion for the area, their integrity, and their vision for the future align perfectly with what we want to offer this community.”
