The Announcement:

Place Estate Agents has announced the opening of Place Redcliffe Peninsula, marking a significant expansion into a new vibrant local market.

The Moreton Bay Region office, led by accomplished local real estate professional, Jess Culling, aims to redefine the property experience in the Redcliffe Peninsula area.

“Place Redcliffe Peninsula represents a major milestone for our brand and highlights our commitment to expanding with the right people,” Damian Hackett, CEO of Place Estate Agents said.

“Jess Culling and her team exemplify the values we cherish at Place, and we are excited to introduce our unique approach to real estate in this dynamic growth region.”

Ms Culling has deep roots in the community; she grew up in the area where she started her career in real estate administration at just 17 years old.

Her determination and talent quickly ignited her passion for sales. After seeking a sales position and facing rejection, Ms Culling boldly chose to leave and pursue new opportunities.

This decision opened doors for her, leading to remarkable success at several agencies, including Ray White, where she ranked #5 in their Queensland 2024 annual awards and consistently earned recognition in the Chairman Elite, the top 1% of agents across Australia.

“I’m excited for this new chapter with Place and incredibly thankful to Ray White for the growth and opportunities that helped shape the last four years of my career,” Ms Culling said.

Place Peninsula already showcases a diverse and talented group that includes Leanne Ollerenshaw as Lead Agent, Mia Houghton as Buyer Manager and Team Operations, Lisa Mollross as Prospecting and Sales Associate, and Kelina Ollerenshaw in Marketing and Brand Management.

Troy Bateman will oversee the office’s Business Development Management and rental operations, ensuring clients receive top-tier service across all aspects of real estate.

As Place Redcliffe Peninsula opens its doors, Ms Culling aims to capture an even greater market share in a region known for its competitive landscape.

“While there are many standard brands in each suburb, there is a noticeable lack of consistency and brand integrity. Our goal is to elevate the Place brand in this area and provide a tailored, high-end experience that our community truly deserves,” Ms Culling said.

As a devoted mother of two young girls, Ms Culling understands the importance of community and family.

“I want to create a real estate experience that resonates with our clients on a personal level,” she said.

“Having lived in this community for many years, my commitment is to provide a seamless and positive experience for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike.”

Mr Hackett said this expansion marks a pivotal step in their strategic 2032 business plan, which aims to establish new offices in key locations across the region.

Following the recent opening of Place Cleveland just two months ago, led by Principal and top agent Emma Miller, Place is committed to consistent growth with high-performing agents and existing real estate business owners.
