Jerry Chen from RE/MAX Partners in Flat Bush has been honoured with the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.

Jerry Chen from RE/MAX Partners in Flat Bush has been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising his outstanding business performance in the real estate industry.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented by RE/MAX, LLC from its global headquarters in Denver, USA, to agents who have earned more than $3 million USD in commissions and have at least seven years with RE/MAX.

Mr Chen is currently the only current RE/MAX agent in New Zealand to hold this esteemed award.

He leads a team that has consistently ranked among New Zealand’s top large teams and has gained global recognition. Team Jerry secured the number one large team position in 2021, 2022, and 2023 within RE/MAX New Zealand.

“Jerry leads a talented and diverse sales team of 16 salespeople, collectively speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, Hindi, and Spanish,” RE/MAX New Zealand CEO Mala Maharaj said.

“The accolades he continues to receive are a testament to his professionalism and his exceptional abilities as the leader of a high-performance team.

“Jerry’s determined dedication to serving his clients, consumers, and community has allowed him to attain this high honour.

“His foundation is built on creating a high-performing team by helping his members achieve their own success.

“Through guidance and mentorship, he ensures they are well-positioned to receive the same recognition and accomplishments.”

Mr Chen expressed his excitement and gratitude for being honoured with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.

He credits this accomplishment to his loyalty to the RE/MAX brand, the loyalty shown by his dedicated team, and the hard work, trust, and respect they consistently demonstrate towards their clients.

“Receiving this award is a massive accomplishment that reflects on my team, and I am extremely proud of every member of Team Jerry,” Mr Chen said.
