Is Bennifer 2.0 over? While speculation of a Jennifer Lopez-Ben Affleck split abounds, their massive SoCal mansion—the fruit of a nearly two-year-long newlywed house hunt—has hit the market. After over a month without being photographed together, it was reported that Affleck had moved out and was staying in a $100,000-a-night Brentwood, California, rental. Next came whispers that the duo were trying to quietly offload their shared abode. That last bit has now been confirmed: Mansion Global reports that the couple’s 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Beverly Hills behemoth was officially listed on Thursday for $68 million.

The actors broke off their engagement in 2004, got back together in 2021, and were married the following year. After a protracted search for their new pad, the duo finally settled on this contemporary Georgian-style estate, for which they paid $60.9 million in May 2023. It was one of the year’s most expensive celebrity real estate transactions.

Though their tenure at the five-acre property was short, the Gigli costars managed to squeeze in some renovations in that time, per the listing details. Photos before and after their ownership show that Bennifer warmed up the 38,000-square-foot abode’s double-height foyer by swapping the formerly stark floors for darker, more natural-looking hardwood. The formal dining room got a similar treatment; its once white walls were painted an inviting shade of sage green.
