Melbourne real estate group Jellis Craig has launched a new digital platform that it hopes will redefine transparency in sales campaigns.

Jellis Craig’s new proprietary system, Jellis Craig Live, offers vendors unprecedented access to real-time campaign metrics directly on their mobile devices.

Head of Marketing at Jellis Craig, Nichola Emmins, said the platform has the potential to strengthen client relationships.

“With Jellis Craig Live, we’re giving our agents the power to build deeper connections with clients and deliver even greater results,” Ms Emmins said.

“Enabling our clients to effectively watch live the attendance numbers at their open for inspection is a bold step forward for the industry and demonstrates the true value of the relationship we have with our vendors.”

The innovative dashboard integrates with major property websites, including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, and jelliscraig.com.au, providing vendors with comprehensive campaign insights.

Jellis Craig Live offers live updates on open-for-inspection attendance, real-time buyer interest levels and detailed campaign metrics such as views, enquiries, and shares

It also gives clients full visibility, strengthening agent-vendor relationships.

Ms Emmins said the platform highlights the level of innovation within the company.

“Our commitment to innovation not only sets us apart in a competitive market, it fosters a culture where talented agents can thrive with the tools and resources they need to achieve outstanding results,” she said.

The platform is scheduled for a progressive rollout starting 30 September 2024, marking a significant milestone in Jellis Craig’s technological advancement and dedication to transparent client communication.
