Elders Real Estate Queensland & Northern Territory has appointed Jason Rose and Beau Miller to key leadership positions to drive growth in the region.

The Announcement:

Elders Real Estate Queensland & Northern Territory has appointed Jason Rose as the State Residential Real Estate and Operations Manager for QLD/NT, and Beau Miller to lead the charge in maximising operational systems and driving business growth across the network.

Both Mr Rose and Ms Miller have previously worked with Elders earlier in their careers, making this a homecoming for both executives.

Mr Rose, who joined Elders in October 2023 as the Manager of the Ipswich Real Estate office, has been instrumental in managing the office and acting in the State role since May 2024.

With a deep background in livestock and real estate sales, auctioneering, and operational excellence, Mr Rose is well-connected within the industry and will now take on the State Residential Real Estate and Operations Manager role.

His focus will be on supporting the network’s growth and acquisition strategies.

“We are thrilled to have Jason step into this expanded role,” State Real Estate Manager for QLD/NT, Tim Lane said.

“With Elders turning 185 years old this year, we have built a strong foundation across our six corporate offices in QLD/NT, with a team of 118 managing 4,500 properties and transacting over 500 residential properties annually.

“Jason’s expertise and leadership will be pivotal in taking our business and people to the next level.”

Ms Miller brings 25 years of experience in property management and real estate sales, including 8 years with a leading software company before starting and growing a successful boutique agency in Greater Springfield, Ipswich.

Ms Miller’s accolades include winning the National PMP Community Service Award in 2023, then National PMP Innovation Award in 2024, also being a finalist for the REIQ Community Service Award in 2023 and taking out the Elite Agent Transform win for excellent use of AI in Business.

Ms Miller will focus on driving the growth of Elders’ corporate-owned offices by leveraging the full potential of software and technology.

Her role will be crucial in ensuring that Elders stays at the forefront of innovation in the real estate industry.

“We are excited about the growth opportunities ahead with the combined expertise of Jason and Beau,” Mr Lane said.

“Together, they form a powerhouse leadership team that will not only enhance our operations but also empower our people across the network.”
