Calibre Real Estate has welcomed Jason Hetherington to the newly created position of Head of Growth, marking a significant step in the agency’s expansion plans.

Mr Hetherington has already demonstrated his recruitment expertise by successfully bringing two outstanding sales agents and one Senior Property Manager to the team.

The appointment coincides with the expansion of Calibre’s Red Hill head office, reflecting the agency’s commitment to growth and innovation across all areas of the business.

“We are very excited to welcome Jason onboard during this transformative period,” said Justin Hagen, Director of Calibre.

“His result-oriented approach toward growth development fully aligns with our future vision.”

The agency, which has been operating for 15 years, has recently defined its core values around care, community, and courageous innovation.

These values are being supported by the introduction of new technologies, including state-of-the-art online learning tools and enhanced systems for both property management and sales divisions.

Mr Hetherington’s leadership role will be instrumental in achieving the agency’s ambitious goals, from team expansion to optimising client outcomes.
