HGTV star Jasmine Roth, known for her work on Hidden Potential and Help! I Wrecked My House, has listed her Huntington Beach home for just under US$6.5 million.

Roth and her husband Brett originally bought the property for US$700,000 in May 2016, according to the Robb Report.

The house, designed and built by Roth, is located in the popular Lake Park neighbourhood, just a few blocks from the beach.

The residence, dubbed the Roth Homestead, showcases Roth’s ‘California casual’ style.

Built from scratch over three years and completed in 2020, the two-storey house offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms within 422sq m of living space.

Situated on a fenced and gated plot of less than 0.1ha, the house welcomes guests with double wood doors leading to a hallway.
