The duo brings over 35 years of combined experience to the new office, having successfully operated their previous agency together for more than 15 years.

Mr Monaghan, an Alan White Member representing the top 3% of sales agents in his previous network, brings 22 years of industry experience and a customer-first approach to the new venture.

His business partner, Mr Cray, contributes extensive knowledge in construction and property management, specializing in investment properties and tenant selection.

Senior Sales Agent Iva Chadwick, with 20 years of industry experience, has also joined the team at Belle Property The Gap.

The Gap, located just 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD, has seen significant growth with property values increasing 15% over the past year.

“I’ve long admired the Belle Property brand and their dedication to providing customers with a premium real estate experience and high level of service,” Mr Monaghan said.

“We truly understand the local market and pride ourselves on offering a highly personal service.”

Mr Cray shared similar sentiments about the move.

“We’re excited to be part of creating something new and fresh for The Gap,” Mr Cray said.

“Belle Property is a modern brand that will give the local community an intriguing change while enabling us to stay true to our values and commitment to excellence.”

Belle Property Head of State Queensland David Holmes welcomed the expansion.

“We’re thrilled to extend the nationwide expansion of Belle Property to Queensland and grow our presence in Brisbane,” Mr Holmes said.

“I have full confidence in the team’s ability to deliver outstanding service to the community, drawing on their in-depth knowledge of the local market.”
