Top agent Jack Harvey has acquired a rent roll of 484 properties, marking a significant milestone in his real estate career with Coronis Group.

The Announcement:

Top Sales Agent Jack Harvey has pursued his desire for growth, acquiring a rent roll of 484 properties under his EBU.

Supported by the Coronis Mergers & Acquisitions team, his investment sets up an exciting future for one of Queensland’s best agents.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said she was extremely proud of Mr Harvey and his step towards further growth and opportunity.

“I am also proud of the way our team has been able to support his future, helping create a stream of independent wealth for him,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“I have worked at Coronis for 10 years and have a thorough understanding of sales, building and leading a team. This is now the next step for my career,” Mr Harvey said.

“However, it isn’t just about me; it’s about the team and how I can continue to help them, so in turn they can help more people in what is a fantastic community.”

In addition to 484 properties, the rent roll includes a team of property managers who have all been warmly welcomed to the Coronis Chermside office, helping create a seamless transition for tenants and landlords.

Coronis Mergers & Acquisitions Director Jodi Ford said she was thrilled to have helped Jack secure a strong rent roll and transition a fantastic team with it.

“As a business, our focus is helping our team members and agencies grow their own asset,” Ms Ford said.

“We have been able to learn from our past mistakes and create a flawless blueprint for our team’s success.”

This acquisition is a significant milestone in Coronis’ strategic growth plan and commitment to supporting their team.

“I have seen countless agents make a significant amount of money in real estate yet leave the industry with nothing,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“Our industry teaches people how to make money, but it doesn’t teach them how to keep it.

“At Coronis, we are changing that, and Jack’s acquisition is one example of how.”
