RedState has been extensively covering the heinous terror attack in New Orleans early on Wednesday morning, when a man careened his truck onto the city’s famed, pedestrian-only Bourbon Street, killing at least 10 New Year’s Eve partiers and injuring 35. The attacker was killed during a firefight with law enforcement officials at the scene.
In the intervening hours, more details–including sometimes graphic and disturbing video–have filtered out, some of which were confirmed in a second press conference by local, state, and federal officials in the Big Easy, as my colleague Susie Moore wrote.

The New York Times reports that the search for clues related to the incident has now widened to a residential location in Houston. Texas:
Federal agents were at the home of the suspect’s ex-wife in northern Houston on Wednesday. Outside, her new husband, Dwayne Marsh, said that the suspect had begun to convert to Islam and, within the last year, was “being all crazy.” He said that the suspect had two daughters, one a teenager and one a young adult, and that they were “a mess” after the attack.
Officials from federal and local law enforcement agencies released this warning on X for people to avoid the area:

The NYT added in an update to the story linked above, that “[t]here is an address associated with the suspect near the intersection in Houston where the F.B.I. was investigating:
The F.B.I. in Houston asked people to avoid an area of north Houston where it was conducting “law enforcement activity” related to “this morning’s New Orleans attack.” The agency did not provide further details. The suspect was a Texas native.
This is a developing story; RedState will provide updates as they become available in the coming hours and days.
