Eastbound and westbound lanes of I-94 were closed at US-18 in Waukesha County Friday morning due to a major crash, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Footage shows a flight for life helicopter was at the scene.

The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. Traffic was delayed for roughly two hours.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation highway camera footage was unavailable shortly after the incident, but reports from other local media show a Flight for Life helicopter leaving the scene.

511 WI, which monitors traffic incidents, posted at 9:18 a.m. that only westbound lanes were closed. At 9:42 a.m., they posted that only the right lane is closed.

As of 10:19 a.m., the right lane headed west was still closed.
