Australia’s leading lifestyle real estate brand, Belle Property, has announced that respected local principal Henry Capel and his team have joined forces with long-standing principal Debbie Pearce at Belle Property Southern Highlands.

With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Mr Capel has built a distinguished career spanning multiple facets of the industry, including property management, sales, auctioneering, and business ownership.

Having lived in the Southern Highlands since 2017 and worked as a selling principal for 3 years in the area, Mr Capel has a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

The award-winning, existing principal of Belle Property Southern Highlands, Debbie Pearce, is a long-time local and, like Mr Capel, has an intimate understanding of the property market in the region.

Together, they will lead the Southern Highlands office and further solidify Belle Property’s reputation as a trusted leader in the real estate industry.

“We want our office to be synonymous with excellence in the Southern Highlands,” Mr Capel said.

“We strive to be known for our collaborative, client-first approach and to be the #1 agency in the area. When people think of real estate in the Southern Highlands, we want Belle Property to be the first name that comes to mind.

“Debbie and I are equally committed to delivering a gold standard level of service, and my team and I are excited to join such an accomplished and independently awarded office.”

Ms Pearce expressed her enthusiasm about the new partnership.

“I am thrilled to have Henry Capel and his team join our office,” Ms Pearce said.

“By joining forces, we can combine our strengths, enhance our impact and continue to provide the premium outcomes our mutual clients have come to expect.”

The Southern Highlands region offers a balance of old-world charm and contemporary conveniences and is known for its tranquil, family-friendly environment.

The region is home to long-time locals, retirees, and newcomers from the bigger cities seeking a slower pace of life, with picturesque homes in areas like Bowral and Mittagong.

Andrew Robinson, Head of State NSW & ACT, was excited about the merger.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Henry to the Belle Property team and follow his and Debbie’s journey in servicing the Southern Highlands together,” Mr Robinson said.

“Their extensive experience and proven success in the property market make them the ideal principals for the Southern Highlands office, and we are confident in their ability to surpass client expectations and deliver exceptional service.”
