Former REIWA PResident, Hayden Groves’ independent agency Dethridge Groves Real Estate (DGRE) is moving across to Ray White.

The Announcement:

One of the most successful independent real estate agencies in Australia, Dethridge Groves Real Estate (DGRE), is joining forces with Ray White in the heart of iconic Fremantle

The move sees Western Australian real estate royalty, Hayden Groves, and his highly accomplished team of 20 rebranding to Ray White, paving the way for the next chapter of growth and success.

For more than 45 years, DGRE has been the go-to local expert in real estate sales and property management within the Fremantle community.

Under the exceptional leadership of Mr Groves for the past two decades, the agency has established a stellar reputation as a trusted real estate partner.

A three-time REIWA award-winner in marketing and communications, DGRE has consistently delivered outstanding results, underscoring its commitment to client satisfaction and community engagement.

Mr Groves, the immediate Past President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) and a former President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), brings a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to the Fremantle community.

“We have built a strong foundation and have great potential for growth,” Mr Groves said.

“However, I recognised the need for additional support and resources to fully realise that potential.

“Partnering with Ray White provides us with the partnership support and backing to keep thriving in this competitive market well into the future.”

Mr Groves expressed his confidence in the move, having exposure to all the major real estate brands in his career, before choosing Ray White.

“Fremantle is a vibrant and progressive community, and I am confident our business will continue to flourish and serve our local area under the Ray White banner,” he said.

“I foresee a wave of Ray White’s iconic yellow spreading across the bridge!

“This partnership also opens the door for us to expand and nurture more real estate careers.”

He also reassured customers that the exceptional service they have come to expect from DGRE will remain unchanged.

“While we are excited about the opportunities ahead with Ray White, our commitment to our clients remains the same,” Mr Groves said.

“You can’t stand still in business; you must adapt and evolve.

“Our journey with Ray White promises to be an exciting adventure for us and the Fremantle community.”

Mark Whiteman, CEO of Ray White Western Australia, welcomed the partnership with enthusiasm.

“We are thrilled to have Hayden and his team join the Ray White family,” Mr Whiteman said.

“Hayden’s dedication to the Fremantle community and his exemplary record as a leader in the industry aligns with our values at Ray White.

“This collaboration will strengthen our presence in this important market of Perth and enhance our ability to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.”

“It’s a privilege to be able to work with Hayden and his team. We are so excited to support their ambitions and to be their springboard into the future.”

Ray White Managing Director Dan White added, “It is a humbling endorsement of our group that a respected team like Dethridge Groves Real Estate believes that their future will be stronger with us.

“Our commitment to Hayden and his team is to ensure that, together, we remain at the forefront of the industry and deliver the best outcomes for our customers.”
