JLL has strengthened its Australian Residential Project Sales and Marketing team with the appointment of Harri Williams-Jones as Senior Director.
The strategic appointment comes as part of JLL’s expansion into the Australian residential project marketing space, first announced in late 2024.
Mr Williams-Jones brings extensive experience in architecture and high-end real estate to the role.
His expertise in London’s prime developments, particularly in branded residences, will be crucial as JLL expands into this growing segment of Australia’s luxury residential market.
Since joining the team earlier this year, Mr Williams-Jones has quickly secured new business relationships in Sydney.

JLL’s decision to re-focus on an Australian domestic presence in residential projects aligns with its global strategy and further strengthens its existing global residential platform.
The Australian team is integrated with the Singapore-based Australia Desk, which has been specifically focused on marketing Australian residential projects internationally.
