The Announcement:

Harcourts Solutions has announced the opening of their newest office in Ferny Hills, marking a significant return to the area where the company first began over 20 years ago.

Led by industry veterans Simon Whitehead, Drew Crump, and Jared Webb, the team has been serving the Ferny Hills community for over 15 years and is now establishing a permanent local presence.

For Mr Whitehead, who started his real estate career in the 1990s alongside his father in the area, this expansion holds special significance.

“This is a full-circle moment, with Harcourts Solutions beginning on Ferny Way over 20 years ago. It makes this new office opening even more special,” Mr Whitehead said.

The new office, situated in the heart of Ferny Hills, will enhance the team’s ability to serve the local community while bringing their full range of services closer to residents.

Mr Webb emphasized the team’s deep connection to the area.

“Our lives are intertwined with this incredible community. From our kids attending local schools to being involved in daily community activities, this is not just where we work, it’s where we live and love,” Mr Webb said.

The office opening represents more than just a business expansion for Mr Crump, who has longtime ties to the brand.

“I grew up wearing the Harcourts logo on my rugby jersey, and now, as a coach for my son’s team, I’m reminded of how deeply connected we are to this community,” Mr Crump said.

“This new office is a dream come true, giving us the chance to provide efficient services and be even more present in the area.”

Harcourts Solutions Managing Director Brendan Whipps highlighted the significance of the expansion.

“Our new office allows us to bring our full range of services including property management and Vision Money mortgage broking closer to the Ferny Hills community,” Mr Whipps said.

“We’re especially proud to offer award-winning services, having recently been named Australia’s No.1 Property Management team of the year for Realestate.com.au as well as having our own in-house team of brokers.”

The office will celebrate its opening with a community Open Day on Saturday, January 18, featuring local entertainment and refreshments from area businesses.
