Experienced rural real estate agent and business owner Hamish Firth has opened his third office, Ray White Coolah, alongside salesperson Roger Wood bringing their expertise to the region.

Born in Narrabri and raised on the family cattle and turf farm in the Yarramalong Valley, Mr Firth first opened Ray White Rural Scone three years ago and has since expanded to open Ray White Pokolbin and now Ray White Rural Coolah.

“Our focus has always been on rural properties, which is why expanding into Coolah makes so much sense,” Mr Firth said.

“Bringing Roger on board strengthens our ability to service a larger region.

“His deep understanding of farming operations, along with his connections in the community and the agricultural sector will give us a real advantage.”

Mr Firth said every property is unique, with different landscapes and operations.

“We aim to be the trusted partners who help farmers find the right solutions,” he said.

“With the opening of Ray White Rural Coolah, the team is committed to offering local expertise and exceptional service, ensuring that clients in the area have the support they need when buying or selling rural properties.”

Roger Wood, who joins the team as a salesperson, has a long history in agricultural management, having managed farms across New South Wales for more than 25 years.

“I grew up on our family farm near Wagga Wagga, went to Agricultural College, and have managed large farming operations in Holbrook, Goulburn, and Coolah,” Mr Wood said.

“After years of farm management, I was ready for a new challenge, and rural real estate was a natural fit.

“I love the thrill of getting out there, meeting people, and helping vendors navigate the property market.

“My goal is to grow our profile, get involved in the community, and help build a strong foundation for Ray White in Coolah.”

Mr Firth said the support of Ray White had helped him rapidly expand his business.

“The Ray White network has provided tremendous support as we’ve built up our business,” he said.

“When I started with Ray White Rural Scone three years ago, it was clear that being part of a large brand was the right move. The systems and backing they provide are invaluable.”

Ray White Rural CEO Stephen Nell congratulated Mr Firth on the opening of his third office.

“Hamish is a valuable part of the Ray White Rural network, and his leadership has helped grow our presence in regional New South Wales,” Mr Nell said.

“I am confident that his new office in Coolah will continue to strengthen our position in the market.

“I’d also like to warmly welcome Roger to the Ray White family. With his deep industry knowledge and local connections, I’m sure he will make a fantastic contribution to the team.”
