Gwen Levesque has further expanded her business by taking on Raine & Horne Salisbury, her third office with the brand.

The Announcement:

Gwen Levesque, a rising star in South Australian real estate, has taken charge of her third office, Raine & Horne Salisbury.

This move solidifies Ms Levesque’s position as a dynamic leader in the real estate industry in South Australia, adding to her existing ownership of Raine & Horne Gawler and Raine & Horne Munno Para.

Mr James Trimble, General Manager, SA, Raine & Horne, praised Ms Levesque’s achievements.

“This is a fantastic step forward for one of South Australia’s brightest real estate talents,” Mr Trimble said.

“Gwen started in property management at Gawler in 2016 after relocating from Queensland. She then became a part owner of Raine & Horne Gawler, joining with longtime principal Chris Weston, and has since added the Munno Para office in 2022.”

The Salisbury office fills a strategic gap for Raine & Horne as the brand continues its expansion north of Adelaide.

“An office at Salisbury has always been a major piece in our expansion puzzle to the city’s north,” said Mr Trimble.

Ms Levesque highlighted the importance of Salisbury as a critical market.

“The rapid development in the northern regions of Adelaide made opening an office here an easy decision,” Ms Levesque said.

“The government’s ongoing investment in infrastructure and the surge in residential and commercial developments make Salisbury a hot spot.”

The market dynamics in Salisbury are particularly attractive, with the median house price at $600,000 and apartments at $330,000.

“We’ve seen nearly 20 per cent growth in house prices over the last year because of this region’s relative affordability, driven by a mix of established and first time buyers and investors,” Ms Levesque said.

Ms Levesque’s journey from property manager to principal of a multi-office operation is inspiring.

“I thrive on challenges,” she said.

“This expansion is just the beginning-there is more to come.”

Being part of the Raine & Horne brand has been instrumental in her growth.

“Raine & Horne’s support for both rentals and sales is unmatched. They’re changing the mentality around property management, and that’s why I’m committed to expanding with their backing,” Ms Levesque said.

The new Raine & Horne Salisbury office, located at 120 Salisbury Highway, boasts high visibility on a busy main road, ensuring it will be a central hub for real estate activity in the region.
