David’s career began in South Sydney before he joined Ray White Corporate in Queensland, where he worked with top-performing businesses and called over 1,000 auctions.

Most recently, he was part of the Ray White Burleigh Group on the Gold Coast.

Now, with a wealth of experience, David is set to drive auction success, elevate team performance, and mentor agents as he steps into this key leadership role.

David and his family have returned home to Sutherland Shire to the region they love.

“It’s very exciting to be back home with my family and to join Ray White Sutherland Shire,” David said.

“Under the leadership of Jason Andrew, Tiger Malan, Michael Andrews, and Gavin Croft, I had the privilege of working with Queensland’s top businesses and conducting more than 1,000 auctions across a variety of markets.

“The birth of our son Max last year was our motivation to come home, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been given this opportunity by Matt Debreczeni and Gavin Ottaway to join their dynamic and growing business.

“Matt and Gavin have built an outstanding operation over 20 years, earning deep respect within the Ray White network.

“The past few years have reinforced that real estate is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ industry-every agent has unique goals.

My ambition is to help create clear pathways for our agents to achieve their ambitions while also providing a platform for new agents to thrive.”

In his new role, David will work closely with the sales team to enhance performance, elevate auction outcomes, and foster a culture of success.

His focus will be on driving key growth strategies, refining team performance, and ensuring that every auction campaign is executed to the highest standard.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dave back to the Shire and into our team,” Matt Debreczeni, Principal of Ray White Sutherland Shire said.

“His experience, leadership, and deep commitment to auction excellence will be a game-changer as we continue to grow.

“Dave’s return marks an exciting new chapter for our business, and we are confident his expertise will deliver exceptional results for both our team and our clients.”
