Ray White Beenleigh owner Glenn Hamilton is now also the proud new owner of Ray White Redland Bay.

“We are so excited to expand our business and move into Redland Bay,” Mr Hamilton said.

“We are thankful to Jesse James for the way he has built the business.

“We are grateful he is staying on with us as a salesperson too.”

“Real estate is all about building relationships and achieving the best outcomes for our clients and we are excited to take on this new challenge.

“Redland Bay, on the shores of Moreton Bay, offers such an idyllic lifestyle for people to live in.”

Glenn said families appreciate the excellent schools and parks while the marina and foreshore provide endless opportunities for fishing, boating, and picnics.

“It’s a close-knit community, with a great balance of peaceful living and modern conveniences. It is a true lifestyle haven,” he said.

Since joining Ray White in 2019, Mr Hamilton has grown the Beenleigh business from a team of three people to now have 520 properties under management.

He’s joined by key team members of the business including office manager Bec Cragg, who will share business ownership with Mr Hamilton, focusing on operations.

The opportunity to expand into Redland Bay was a natural next step, with the area’s vibrant community and potential for growth being key motivators.

“We’ve always wanted to establish a presence in Redland Bay.

It’s a fantastic area with a great lifestyle and so much opportunity. We’re looking forward to being active in the community and growing our team,” Mr Hamilton said.

Glenn said the transition has been seamless, with the support of outgoing owner Jesse James, who will remain as an agent in the office.

“We are definitely looking for experienced agents who are ready to hit the ground running and contribute to the growth of the business, alongside plans to enhance the property management side,” he said.

The official transition to new ownership took place on December 2, marking an exciting new chapter for Ray White Redland Bay.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was thrilled to welcome Glenn as the new business owner of Ray White Redland Bay.

“Our ambition has always been to have the leading business in every market, or a leader with the ambition to be that business,” Mr Andrew said.

“Glenn embodies what it means to be best in market.”

“Their unwavering focus on excellence, deep local knowledge, and dedication to delivering exceptional service will create impact and enshrine leadership in Redland Bay.”
