Just over seven years ago, Proptech Labs was a startup with big ideas about transforming property management.

Today, it’s not only reshaping the industry but has earned a spot among the elite, ranking as one of Deloitte’s TECHFAST top 50 fastest-growing companies.

Through a blend of strategic acquisitions and relentless innovation, Proptech Labs has positioned itself as a proptech powerhouse with a commitment to streamlining property management through cutting-edge AI.

The Early Days: A Vision for Change

“From day one, our goal at Proptech Labs has been to transform property management from a constant grind into a proactive, data-driven experience,” said Rafael Niesten, Co-founder of Proptech Labs.

“We recognised the limits of traditional tools and set out to create a platform that could streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.

Leveraging AI to eliminate inefficiencies was just the beginning-it’s been our bold choices and dedication to innovation that have truly propelled us forward.”

Acquiring Key Players: Maintenance Manager, Inspection Manager and ReHeroes

In 2023, Proptech Labs took a leap forward with the acquisition of both Maintenance Manager, a market-leading maintenance platform, as well as Inspection Manager, a platform already celebrated for its role in simplifying property inspections.

Purchasing Inspection Manager allowed Proptech Labs to dive deeper into property inspections, providing property managers with tools that could handle everything from scheduling inspections to generating custom reports.

Fast-forward a year, and the ReHeroes acquisition in 2024 brought in Alex, an AI-powered chatbot sophisticated enough to automate tenant communication, troubleshoot issues, and even predict maintenance needs.

With these two acquisitions, Proptech Labs filled major gaps in the property management lifecycle, strengthening its position as a one-stop shop for property managers.

“Now adding Inspection Manager and ReHeroes alongside Bricks+Agent, Invoice Automate and Key Automate, under our roof, we’ve transformed Proptech Labs into the ultimate one-stop shop for property management,” said Jon Stul, Co-founder of Proptech Labs.

AI-Powered Platforms: The Core of Proptech Labs

Proptech Labs’ rapid rise has been driven by its AI-centric platforms that automate and enhance every part of property management.

Invoice Automate tackles the tedious billing process, Bricks and Agent handles maintenance requests with ease, Inspection Manager ensures streamlined property inspections, and Key Automate provides secure, reliable key management.

And with ReHeroes’ Alex in the mix, property managers now have access to a chatbot that’s as intelligent as it is efficient.

Each of these platforms leverages AI to reduce manual workloads.

For example, Invoice Automate doesn’t just process invoices-it uses AI to categorise, validate, and use selected workflows, saving property managers hours of administrative work each week.

Meanwhile, Inspection Manager’s advanced capabilities take inspections from a cumbersome chore to a streamlined, AI-enhanced process.

Now, with the latest addition of 360 AI Inspections, property managers can use AI analysis of data from inspections, it can predict future maintenance issues, helping property managers shift from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies.

The journey from startup to industry leader was no accident. Proptech Labs’ strategic acquisitions, relentless focus on innovation, and dedication to client needs have catapulted it to the forefront of the proptech world.

As it continues to push boundaries and set new standards, Proptech Labs is proving that the future of property management is not just in tech, but in smart, AI-driven solutions that work for property managers, owners, and tenants alike.
