The property represents just the first of six Fisher Island mansions that Madar and his brother Alain plan to bring to market.

Known as the Mega Mansion, the new-construction is slated for completion in 2026 and features eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

The modern residence boasts 12-foot ceilings, white oak floors, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer, who is co-listing the property with Fredrik Eklund, noted the island’s changing demographics are driving demand for larger homes.

“As more younger people are drawn to the island as full-time residents, the demand for expansive estates with a generous yard, massive pool and a roof top are all highly attractive to the island’s new wave of growing families,” Goldentayer told the NY Post.

The mansion’s design team includes architect Portuondo Perotti, Ford Interior Design for interiors, and landscaping by Enzo Enea.

Sitting on just over half an acre, the property features an expansive outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, covered dining area, and pool.

One of the home’s most distinctive features is its rooftop wellness area, complete with a gym, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, meditation garden, and an additional kitchen with outdoor dining space.

The chef’s kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, while other luxury amenities include a wine cellar. Brokers note that aspects of the home can still be customised for the eventual buyer.

Fisher Island, accessible only by boat or helicopter, spans just 216 acres and offers residents exclusive amenities including a private school, golf club, beach club, 18 tennis courts, and a deep-water marina.

The island features eight restaurants, including the recently opened Pura Vida Miami at the Racquet Club.

The billionaire’s real estate portfolio extends well beyond Fisher Island, with substantial holdings in Paris and luxury properties in St. Barts, Ibiza, and Monaco.

His company, Interparfums, has collaborated with prestigious brands including Oscar de la Renta, Coach, Montblanc, and Donna Karan.
