Freddy Handa has launched Belle Property Rouse Hill in Sydney’s Hills District.

The Announcement:

Belle Property has expanded its presence in Sydney’s Hills District with the opening of Belle Property Rouse Hill, led by established local real estate expert Freddy Handa.

Mr Handa brings extensive market knowledge and a track record of achieving outstanding sales outcomes in the popular suburban area.

The office opening coincides with the launch of the new Metro line, connecting the Hills with the CBD in approximately 45 minutes.

A long-time local resident of the Sydney Hills district for over 15 years, Mr Handa embodies the suburb’s predominant buyer demographic of young families and investors looking to purchase new and luxurious sky-rise apartments.

Mr Handa prides himself on setting benchmarks for his clients and currently holds 35 record-breaking sales, including most recently a $2 million apartment sold in Norwest and a $3.1 million Riverstone acreage.

With a personal interest in architecture and experience as an award-winning photographer accredited by NSW Parliament 2014, Mr Handa has a keen eye for detail and prioritises highlighting visual aesthetics when selling homes.

Mr Handa believes the Belle Property brand aligns seamlessly with his passionate, transparent and authentic approach to real estate.

Joining Mr Handa’s team are locals Jeet Waraich and Surabhi Chandra, both possessing qualities that make great real estate agents.

“The new Metro line will quickly put suburbs such as Rouse Hill on the map for the younger demographic who’s looking to buy their first property but don’t want to live too far away from Sydney CBD,” Mr Handa said.

“With faster and more reliable transportation options, commuting to the city and other key areas in Sydney becomes much easier, making the Hills more attractive to potential homebuyers and investors.”

Belle Property Head of New South Wales, Andrew Robinson, shared Mr Handa’s excitement about the office launch.

“We’re thrilled to see Freddy lead and launch our latest Belle Property office in an area that is foreseeing rapid growth within the near future,” Mr Robinson said.

“We are excited to witness his unwavering dedication and drive to set new benchmarks thrive with the support of our extensive and connected network of hard-working agents and dynamic professionals.”
