The Announcement:

Domain Group announces the departure of Frank Greeff, Head of Industry and Realbase co-founder and former CEO, effective in July.

This comes more than two years after the acquisition and one year after its complete integration into Domain.

Since the acquisition, Engage has maintained its status as the market-leading presentation platform, experiencing an estimated 40 per cent increase in users.

AIM’s integration into Domain’s core listings product ensures its presence in the majority of Australian residential property sales, marking a 50-fold increase in impact.

Several members of the original Realbase team have taken on expanded roles within the company along with consistent team retention.

Angus Ferguson, commercial director at Agent Solutions Domain Group, praised Mr Greeff’s contributions.

“Frank has significantly contributed to Realbase’s successful integration into Domain over the past year,” Mr Ferguson said.

“He played an instrumental role in the Campaigntrack to Realhub migration, collaborating with key clients to develop a top-tier marketing solution.

“Frank’s business acumen and scale-up experience have been invaluable.”

Mr Ferguson also highlighted Mr Greeff’s recent achievements.

“Most recently, Frank and his team leveraged Realbase’s social media platform (AIM) to create an Australia-first product called Audience Boost,” he said.

“We thank him for his dedication and valuable contributions.

“This change will see some of Frank’s longest-standing team members taking on more senior leadership positions, alongside exciting new talent joining the Realbase business.”

Mr Greeff said he was incredibly proud of his time with the company.

“Co-founding and building Realbase has been one of my greatest adventures to date,” Mr Greeff said.

“We have built a product, team, and culture that I am truly proud of.

“It has been a privilege to collaborate with Australia’s and New Zealand’s best real estate agents over the past 12 years.

“Working on the integration into Domain has been a rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the support and collaboration of my colleagues.

“I am confident that Domain will continue to thrive and succeed. I wish everyone at the company all the best for the future.”

“My next adventure will focus on raising a million dollars for children’s cancer by launching the cookbook “Eat with Purpose,” where I will donate 100 per cent of the revenue.”

Domain Group is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and is confident about the future of the Realbase product suite as its team continues to innovate and lead in the industry.
