Former Clinton Pollster Rips Kamala Harris Over 'Larger Problem.' He Couldn't Be More Spot-On.

With the 2024 presidential just 13 days away as I write, Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris continues to prove she’s a fraud who’s incapable of intelligent conversation, much less cogent conversation.

Harris continues to answer specific questions about her beliefs and policies with meaningless word salads and irrelevant scripted answers. Oh, and she’s obsessed with non-stop trashing of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, as if to say millions of Americans should vote for her because she’s not Trump.

Yeah, I don’t think any of the above is going to get it done for Kamala.

Former Clinton pollster Doug Schoen on Tuesday laid out his detailed thoughts about the Harris campaign’s problems during a segment with podcaster Megyn Kelly. As has long been Schoen’s style, he was thorough and professional — as he politely ripped Madam Vice President to shreds (emphasis, mine).

I don’t think there’s anything, Megyn, about her record that is particularly impressive. I think more generally what I see in the polls is that voters are beginning to understand that there’s really no there, there with Kamala Harris

Whether it be her record as a law student, as a lawyer, as a prosecutor, as an attorney general. There doesn’t appear to be any overarching argument she can make other than, ‘I’m the same as Joe Biden and whatever positions I’ve taken that are unpopular I’m only too happy to alter to fit the political climate.'”

Ouch. And totally spot-on.

In the slim chance that any of my Democrat friends are reading this article, let me say this:

C’mon, you guys, you know it’s true. And you know I know you know it’s true. Look, the Democrat Party knows it’s true, and so does their lapdog media. OK, maybe the ladies of ABC’s “The View” don’t know it, but they’re lunatics. So why don’t you guys just admit it to yourselves and stop pretending? Yeah, I know: NO WAY.

Kamala’s Problem Goes ‘Beyond Integrity’

Schoen masterfully continued:

So what I see, Megyn, is a problem that goes beyond integrity to inauthenticity, which I think as election day approaches is actually the larger issue that she faces. Because voters are seeing that there’s no record, there’s no agenda for the future and there’s no sense of character about her that gives people real confidence.

Game, set, match. “There’s no there, there” sums it up perfectly.

In addition to Kamala Harris’ complete inauthenticity, she continues to make unforced errors, due in part to her lack of understanding of what most concerns voters in 2024 and the changes they want in 2025 and beyond. In one prime example, in response to polls showing declining support for the vice president among black males, her campaign responded by rolling out the “Agenda for Black Men.”

Not to be skeptical, but Kamala’s plan sounds a whole lot like “the soft bigotry of low expectations” to me.

The Bottom Line

The Democrat Party has known from the beginning of the Biden-Harris administration that Kamala Harris as vice president was in way over her head, which is exactly why Democrat elites were also terrified of the prospects of Harris replacing Joe Biden; she was Biden’s insurance policy. Until she wasn’t.

With ol’ Joe unceremoniously kicked to the curb, Harris went from a terrifying prospect to a heralded presidential nominee, filled only with “joy” and promises of an “opportunity economy” for one and all.

I’m out. Until next time, that is.
