The Announcement:
Flynn Estate Agents has announced the opening of its fourth office in just 10 months, with the Templestowe location set to open next month, following successful launches in Frankston, Knox, and Mornington.
The expansion sees newly appointed associate director Chrissy Jones leading operations at the Mornington office, marking another milestone in the agency’s strategic growth across Melbourne’s South East and the Mornington Peninsula.
Ms Jones has experienced remarkable career progression within the agency, advancing from sales agent to sales manager and now associate director.
“The opening of this office is a testament to the growth and success we’ve achieved in the Peninsula in a short period of time,” Ms Jones said.
“Vendors appreciate our unique, strategic approach to marketing, including our ability to position our properties in front of high-net-wealth buyers and achieve outstanding results.”
Currently managing more than 40 listings, Ms Jones credits the agency’s support ecosystem for her growth.
“In many cases, it can be a case of sink or swim for agents who are starting out within the industry,” she said.
“Every agent at Flynn is given the tools to be successful – you simply need to be willing to commit and put in the effort.”
Chief executive officer Adam Flynn outlined the company’s vision for continued expansion, with plans to move into the Casey, Cardinia and Bass Coast markets.
“This will give Flynn a strong geographical footprint across the entire south-east region of Victoria, stretching from Manningham to Knox and out to the Mornington Peninsula,” Mr Flynn said.
“With a heavy emphasis on industry-best training, support and world-class marketing, we will always make decisions based on our strong values of results, teamwork, competency, authenticity and integrity.”
While the agency is exploring potential national collaborations, Mr Flynn said that growth would remain measured and strategic.
“Quality training and brand consistency across our network are imperative. Quality over quantity is our direction,” he said.
