The second tallest building on Billionaire’s Row, 111 West 57th Street is immediately recognizable by its stepped form, which offers a modern spin on the Art Deco buildings of the early 20th century. Inside, the interiors designed by AD100 firm Studio Sofield further this historic connection with a glitzy material palette. Inside one penthouse, Residence 58, the Deco ambiance reaches a new peak thanks to staging by AD PRO Directory firm Interior Marketing Group (IMG).

Asking $22 million, the full-floor home has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Its great room is lined with mirrors on one end, reflecting dramatic Central Park view and creating the sense that one is fully surrounded by the city. Lacquered and metallic pieces populate the 4,183-square-foot space, while plush textures and fabrics soften the modern living environment. Sculptures and artworks throughout were sourced via Art Loft, the internal art collaborative at IMG.

With its wallpaper, detailed plaster moldings, and twin verandas, stepping into this Sparkill, New York, home is like stepping back in time. Known as the Treetops Estate, the property was once home to the glamorous couple, MGM actress Arlene Dahl and her husband, noted perfume bottle designer Marc Rosen.

The six-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home was built in the 19th century and holds onto many period details, including a stone and iron gate out front, crystal chandeliers, and more than four fireplaces. Later-20th-century stylistic flourishes, like wall-to-wall carpeting, are present too, combining for a grand-millennial effect. The primary suite is spacious enough for a lounge area near its fireplace. The primary bathroom is separated into two spaces, with one featuring a clawfoot soaking tub and a fireplace with a marble mantle, and the other featuring a sink, makeup vanity, and a pair of perfume display cases.
