With over 15 years of experience working in Melbourne’s commercial property market, Ted Dwyer brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new venture, which aims to expand the reach of the RWC brand in Melbourne.

Mr Dwyer is a Melbourne native who has spent his entire career in the city’s dynamic real estate market.

With his late-father also working in real estate, he always knew he wanted to follow in his footsteps, and, after completing a property degree, he joined the commercial real estate industry.

“I’ve always had a passion for property as my father ran his own real estate business,” Mr Dwyer said.

“He always pushed me to open my own business and when he passed away last year I decided it was time to follow even further in his footsteps and take the leap.

“With RWC I have the opportunity to run my own business while benefiting from the strength and support of Australia’s largest real estate brand.

“I’m excited to bring my deep local knowledge to a wider market and help clients navigate Melbourne’s diverse commercial landscape.”

He plans to expand his team in the coming months, focusing on serving clients across all asset types in Melbourne’s CBD and metro areas.

“In the next 12 months, my goal is to solidify the RWC brand’s presence in Melbourne and build a strong, dedicated team,” he said.

“I’m committed to delivering exceptional results for my clients and uncovering opportunities that align with their goals.”

RWC head James Linacre welcomed Mr Dwyer to the RWC family, and shared his enthusiasm for the opening of RWC MC.

“Ted’s vast experience and commitment to client success make him an ideal leader to launch RWC further in Victoria,” he said.

“We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to supporting all his achievements into the future.”
