Two experienced agents team up with marketing expert to open new Harcourts office in Melbourne’s north.

The Announcement:

Evan Yousif and Con Pedis have taken ownership of Harcourts Roxburgh Park, bringing with them decades of experience in residential sales and property management.

Joined by marketing specialist Katrin Danial, the team brings over 40 years of combined industry experience to their new venture.

“Our office is located in the heart of the Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre, where we have proudly served the community for several years,” Ms Danial said.

“Many locals recognise us and frequently stop by to say hello, which reflects the strong relationships we’ve built over time. We prioritise and relish these community connections.”

The multilingual team sees their diversity as a key strength in serving their local community.

“Being a multilingual team, we can communicate effectively with clients in their preferred languages,” Mr Pedis said.

“This not only helps us understand their needs better but also strengthens their trust in us. We are dedicated to being a reliable resource for our community, ensuring we provide the support and service they deserve.”

Having previously worked as sales agents within another Harcourts branch, the decision to remain with the network was straightforward.

“Harcourts offers several compelling advantages: The company is well known for its strong reputation, professionalism, and integrity within the real estate industry,” Mr Yousif said.

“Agents benefit from comprehensive training programs and ongoing support, which help them develop essential skills and thrive in their careers.”

Acting CEO of Harcourts Victoria Adam Fiteni welcomed the new ownership team.

“I’m very excited for Con and Evan, with Katrin in support, to take the reins at our Roxburgh Park office,” Mr Fiteni said.

“They have been a part of our very successful Hume network for many years, and they will continue to do great things in the community they have intrenched themselves in.”
