Leading agents Elesa Wood, Linda Baker, and Michael Duff have joined Ray White Norwood, bringing their team of seven and rent roll to the number one real estate business in South Australia.

After nine years of running a successful business, the trio has chosen to move to Ray White Group.

For Ms Baker, joining Ray White feels like a homecoming, having spent seven years with the group earlier in her career.

“Ray White has evolved tremendously in recent years,” Ms Baker said.

“Under Matt Lindblom’s leadership, the company has undergone a remarkable cultural shift, transforming into a premium, modern brand.”

“The level of support Ray White offer, especially here in the Norwood office, takes a lot of the operational stress off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on what we do best; building relationships and delivering exceptional results for our clients,” Ms Wood said.

Having been in business together for nearly a decade, the trio has built a loyal client base through word-of-mouth referrals and a deep understanding of Adelaide’s dynamic property market.

“We’re thrilled to bring our team and property management clients to Ray White Norwood,” Ms Wood said.

“The company’s auction culture is also second to none, and we believe it’s the perfect fit for our business.

“I’ve always enjoyed working as an auctioneer, and Ray White’s strong auction culture will allow us to further grow in this area.”

Mr Duff brings an impressive portfolio of work, particularly along Adelaide’s linear park stretch, from Felixstow to Windsor Gardens.

“We’ve worked almost everywhere across Adelaide, particularly in the eastern suburbs, and have developed a great understanding of the market,” Mr Duff said.

“Now, as part of Ray White Norwood, we’re looking forward to expanding our team and nurturing the relationships that have driven our success for years.”

Ray White Norwood director Jason Spagnuolo welcomed the new team members.

“Ray White Norwood has the ideal environment for Elesa, Linda and Michael to truly realise their full potential, and likewise their experience will greatly benefit our existing team,” Mr Spagnuolo said.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom said he was thrilled to have the join the group.

“With over two decades of experience each, a proven track record, and deep roots in the Adelaide community, Linda, Elesa and Michael’s transition to Ray White Norwood marks another significant milestone for our entire group,” Mr Lindblom said.

“I look forward to seeing them thrive as part of the Norwood team, who are dedicated to delivering outstanding results across property sales, auctions, property management and home loans.”
