Elders Real Estate has unveiled a new appraisal campaign following significant investment in branding in 2024.

The Announcement:

Elders Real Estate has launched a major campaign for 2024 designed to drive appraisal leads across its network of residential, rural, property management, and commercial offices.

The initiative follows a period of remarkable growth, marked by significant investment in a comprehensive rebrand earlier this year, and a highly successful brand awareness campaign.

Launching in winter, the new appraisal campaign aims to maximise lead capture for property owners considering a “Spring sale” or those seeking an updated market appraisal for sale or lease.

As part of this campaign, property owners who register for a property appraisal will go into the draw to win $25,000 to spend their way.

Running from July 29 to October 31, 2024, the prize winner will be drawn on November 4, 2024.

The campaign headline is the main hero lock up and is a striking graphic device that leans on the simplicity and strength of the $25k prize.

The campaign lock-up showcases ways someone could spend the prize money.

In the lead up to launch and throughout the campaign period, the Elders marketing team will provide offices and agents with comprehensive support and a large suite of assets.

Elders’ significant spend on this national campaign, along with the brand refresh and May brand campaign, brings the total year-to-date investment on network marketing initiatives to over half a million dollars.

Earlier this year, Elders Real Estate underwent a comprehensive rebrand to modernize its image and better reflect its values and vision for the future.

The rebrand was accompanied by a highly successful brand awareness campaign, significantly increasing visibility and recognition of the Elders brand across Australia.

Belinda Connor, General Manager Brand and Residential Real Estate, said the rebrand has been important.

“Our rebrand and brand awareness campaign have been instrumental in reinforcing our market position and demonstrating our commitment to supporting our partners,” Ms Connor said.

“We are confident that our new appraisal campaign will continue to build on this momentum and attract top-tier professionals to our network.

“These significant investments into our brand and agent offering emphasise our dedication to growth and innovation, strengthening Elders’ position as a leader in real estate and property services.”
