The Announcement:

Dwight Ferguson, a legendary figure in the Brisbane real estate industry, has made a return to the river city after a stint on the Sunshine Coast.

Mr Ferguson has sold his Ray White business at Pelican Waters to join forces with long-time friend and colleague David Treloar as a sales agent at Ray White Metro North in Albion.

The partnership promises to bring unparalleled expertise, passion and experience to the team.

Mr Ferguson’s name is synonymous with excellence in Brisbane’s real estate market. With a career spanning three decades, he has built a stellar reputation for his deep market knowledge, unwavering dedication to clients and record-breaking sales.

Mr Ferguson previously owned the Ray White business in Ascot for 18 years and opened Ray White Albion, which became Metro North, with David Treloar nine years ago.

He is one of the most highly respected Brisbane real estate professionals in the city.

His return to Brisbane is highly anticipated, marking a significant moment for Ray White Metro North and the local real estate market.

David Treloar said he was excitement about the partnership.

“Having Dwight on board is a game-changer for us,” Mr Treloar said.

“I am delighted to be back in the industry and even more excited to be joining David and the incredible team at Ray White Metro North,” Mr Ferguson said.

“Together, we will continue to set new benchmarks in service, innovation and results. This is an exciting new chapter, and I look forward to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.”

“In some ways I never left. I continued to service clients in the inner north of Brisbane since I left for the coast.

“I know a lot of people who opted for a sea-change during COVID and have since come back.

“There’s no better place to live and work than Brisbane, it’s a fast growing real estate market, the best place in the country to live.”
