This new office marks a significant expansion for Andrew Harding, who already owns Ray White Darwin, as he partners with Ryan Rowsell to bring his expertise and community-focused approach to Palmerston.

Andrew began his real estate journey in 2017, and successfully established Ray White Darwin in 2022.

Ryan has a strong background in sales, having previously run a highly successful car yard, before transitioning his skills into the real estate industry in 2021.

Andrew and Ryan’s collaboration is a natural progression, as the two have previously worked together and share a common vision for the future.

“We’re thrilled to be opening Ray White Palmerston,” Andrew said.

“Ryan and I bring complementary skills to the table, with Ryan’s expertise in listing and selling and my experience in setting up and running the business side of things.”

“Together, we aim to create a trusted, knowledgeable, and experienced team dedicated to the Palmerston community.”

Ryan lives in Palmerston with his family, and therefore understands the unique needs of the community.

“Palmerston is home to a lot of first home buyers and young families, and our goal is to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service,” Ryan said.

“Over the next 12 months we aim to grow our market share, expand our team, and establish a dedicated property management service for our Ray White Palmerston clients.”

Ryan said Ray White provided incredible support which benefitted their clients.

““Ray White has the most advanced technology for the benefit of our clients,” he said.

“With this and over a million views per week on the Ray White websites, it gives our customers a competitive advantage in achieving premium sales results.”

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom expressed his support for the new venture.

“Andrew and Ryan’s partnership represents a powerful combination of experience and community focus,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Their enthusiasm and commitment to Palmerston is commendable, and I look forward to seeing Ray White Palmerston become a cornerstone of the local real estate market.”

Ray White Darwin and Ray White Palmerston will work alongside each other in a new premise designed to accommodate both teams.

Ryan’s wife Samara will join the team as operations manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring the business runs smoothly and delivers exceptional client service.
