Less than a week from the Republican National Convention, speculation is growing over who former President Trump will pick as his running mate. Trump also pushed for a new GOP platform which softens their positions on abortion and same-sex marriage. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports more and Republican strategist Rick Tyler shares his outlook for the party.
