Domain has launched its Apple Vision Pro app, redefining how buyers can search for their next home.

The Domain Vision Pro app harnesses the power of spatial computing to deliver a three-dimensional property search experience that blends digital content with the physical home.

Wearing the Apple Vision Pro, which is now available in Australia, users can navigate homes and neighbourhoods with their eyes, hands and voice.

Domain Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director – Consumer Division, Rebecca Darley, said buyers could employ familiar Domain filters and search tools, including the popular map draw feature, to refine their search and discover their perfect home.

“Designed specifically for Vision Pro, the Domain app allows users to immerse themselves in homes and the surrounding suburb like never before,” she said.

Other features include an enhanced property comparison, with users able to simultaneously view multiple listings and floor plans, allowing limitless screen space and the ability to resize images from postcard dimensions to life-sized images.

Buyers can also view floor plans side-by-side the property photos to visualise the layout in real time.

The local area exploration feature also allows Vision Pro users to take a deep dive into neighbourhoods with the integrated Apple Maps ‘Look-Around’ experience.

It provides a detailed street view of local areas, giving searchers a ‘feel’ for the area before they physically visit it.

“Domain is committed to enhancing the property journey and this technology propels us to new frontiers, empowering users to make informed and confident decisions,” Ms Darley said.
