First National Real Estate has appointed seasoned real estate leader Darren Pearce as its new Membership Director, bringing over three decades of senior leadership experience to the cooperative network.

Mr Pearce joins First National with an extensive background in the real estate industry, including roles as a Director at his own office and his current position as Board Director of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).

His career also includes managing Urban Choices Property, a not-for-profit real estate business supporting community housing, along with senior roles in property management and sales.

As a licensed estate agent with certifications in business, estate agency practice, and training & assessment, Mr Pearce brings comprehensive expertise to his new role.

“I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and working with the membership’s support team,” Mr Pearce said.

“My goal will be to have a positive impact on people and businesses while elevating the First National Real Estate brand.”

His appointment comes as First National looks to strengthen its position as Australia’s largest independent real estate network, with 210 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

First National Chief Executive David Edwards was excited about the appointment.

“Darren’s deep industry experience, engaging leadership style, and passion for fostering strong communities aligns perfectly with First National Real Estate’s commitment to our member success,” Mr Edwards said.

“We warmly welcome Darren and look forward to his contribution in helping to build, support and grow the First National membership network.”

In his new role, Mr Pearce will focus on expanding First National Real Estate’s membership network, strengthening engagement, and delivering value-driven services to members.
