Belle Property has announced a significant merger on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, bringing together four offices under the leadership of industry veterans Daniel Dennis and Michael Doran.

The merger encompasses Belle Property Hornsby and Belle Property Pymble, along with the acquisition of Soames Real Estate offices in Wahroonga and Thornleigh, creating Belle Property Wahroonga, Hornsby, Pymble & Thornleigh.

Mr Dennis brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including 10 years as Principal of Belle Property Hornsby, while Mr Doran contributes 25 years of industry expertise and has led Belle Property Pymble since 2017.

The merger brings together over 40 real estate professionals across sales, property management and operations, incorporating one of the North Shore’s oldest real estate businesses, Soames Real Estate.

“This strategic move strengthens our network of integrated offices, allowing us to connect more buyers with prestigious property and expanding our premium real estate services across Sydney’s North Shore,” Mr Dennis said.

Mr Doran said he was excited about the expansion of their team.

“We’re excited to welcome talented agents from the Soames team to our business, whose expertise and knowledge about the Upper North Shore will complement our existing high-performing Belle Property agents,” Mr Doran said.

The merger aims to create enhanced opportunities for both staff and clients.

“Our hope is that our office environment will allow everyone to succeed and achieve their own personal financial and life goals,” Mr Dennis said.

“For our clients, this merger means that we will be able to bring the largest connected database on the Upper North Shore, which will result in a more premium buyer base.”

Belle Property Head of State New South Wales, Andrew Robinson, highlighted the strategic importance of the merger.

“This merger is an important step in our national strategy to better service our clients and further establish the Belle Property brand as a trusted leader in the industry,” Mr Robinson said.

“We couldn’t think of a better duo to partner up and lead the Belle Property Wahroonga, Hornsby, Pymble, and Thornleigh offices, and we look forward to seeing the teams thrive together.”
