Extraordinary video shows flash floods sweeping through the streets of New Mexico. The fast-flowing river was crowded with debris and took down a house following the downpour. The devastating floods even tore down a house garage. The grim scenes took place in New Mexico, which is normally one of the driest states in the U.S. One of the worst hit places was the village of Ruidoso which has a population of 7,000.
