First National Real Estate Innisfail has announced a change in ownership, with Dan Mead buying out his former partner, Ron Neary.

This move marks a new era for the agency, which has been a stalwart in the Innisfail real estate market for more than 30 years.

Mr Mead, taking on the role of sole Director, brings a unique blend of experience and innovation to the business.

His real estate journey began early, purchasing his first home at the age of 18, which later evolved into a successful career in property investment.

The acquisition of First National Real Estate Innisfail represents the culmination of Mr Mead’s property expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

Under the new ownership, the agency will maintain its commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.

The existing team, with their combined 60 years of local experience, will continue to serve clients, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing stability.

“Our dedication to the Innisfail community and the Cassowary Coast region remains unwavering,” Mr Mead said.

“We are committed to providing services rooted in honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

“Our team’s extensive local knowledge, combined with cutting-edge marketing and prospecting techniques, will continue to benefit both buyers and sellers in our market.”

First National Real Estate Innisfail offers a wide array of services, encompassing sales, property management, rural and lifestyle properties, auctions, and commercial and industrial real estate.

The agency aims to cater to local clients while also attracting investors to the region.

“We’re looking forward to the future and the opportunities it presents,” Mr Mead said.

“Our priority is to maintain our high standard of service, with a particular focus on investment property management and drawing new buyers to our beautiful area.”
