The Announcement:

Coronis Bracken Ridge has recorded an outstanding first year of operation under agency directors Cassandra and Dion Saab.

The husband-and-wife team have led their partnership franchise towards growth and excellence in all facets.

As business owner and lead agent, Dion Saab led from the front and had a career-best year.

Mr Saab sold 104 properties, marking a 20% increase in settlements year-on-year and generated over $2,000,000 in Gross Commission Income.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi praised the couple’s achievements.

“I am so proud of what Cass and Dion have been able to achieve in their first year,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“Their results are terrific, and they have excelled in building a strong team with a great culture. It is everything we stand for at Coronis.”

Coronis Bracken Ridge has grown its rent roll to over 220 properties and counting.

Their strong culture of support and growth saw Cassandra and Dion expand their office to ten people, including a business development manager, two property managers and three sales associates.

This team expansion aligns with the broader Coronis Group growth strategy, always seeking the right people to join the team.

Reflecting on the year, Cassandra and Dion said, “We take great pride in creating a space where our team members can grow and are wholeheartedly supported.

“People are only going to be successful if others lift them up and support them, and that’s our role as agency directors.”

Their success highlights the Coronis Group’s market-leading partnership franchise model.

The model provides the support, processes, and resources for Agency Directors like Cassandra and Dion to focus on income-generating activities while significantly reducing the stresses of administrative and operational undertakings.

It empowers Agency Directors to grow their own asset while being closely guided on their pathway to success and independent wealth.

“Dion and I are filled with gratitude for the opportunities that have come our way and the relationships we have built,” Ms Saab said.

“We are excited to see what the future holds for our business and look forward to continuing to serve our community with integrity, passion, and professionalism.”

As Coronis Bracken Ridge steps into its second year, the team is poised for continued success.

With the unwavering support of the Coronis Group, the Bracken Ridge team is ready to raise its results bar even higher and provide opportunities for sales agents to learn in a high-performing and uplifting environment.
