When the actress isn’t at work or on the red carpet, you can find her in her favorite checkered platform Vans, which she’s been obsessed with for the “past 10 years.”
Ricci tells The Strategist about her favorite footwear and how she never goes anywhere without them. “I wear the Vans Classic Slip-Ons Stackform every day, and I order two pairs at a time,” she says. “When one gets dirty, I can just put the next one on.” Sounds like Ricci has really cracked the footwear code — I think I’m going to have to start buying double of my favorite shoes, too!

I challenge Ricci’s pattern conundrum — fashion is all about experimentation and you could certainly wear a striped top with the checkered shoes. However, if you’re after more neutral footwear, you might be better off with one of the solid colors.
