Hemsworthâs first Malibu home was a 1992 Victorian-style mansion located in Malibuâs Point Dume community. Thanks to a 2012 renovation by actor Paul Hogan, a.k.a. Crocodile Dundee, the estate boasted a blend of old-world details with a modern European aesthetic. Hemsworth; his wife, Elsa Pataky; and their (then) baby daughter, India Rose, moved in the following year. The home was privately tucked away behind a manicured hedge, creating a secluded retreat for the family. The 6,800-square-foot home featured a large living room with a fireplace and curved windows, a light-filled dining room, and an open gourmet kitchen with vaulted ceilings. The star of the show was the second-floor veranda offering sweeping views of the propertyâs verdant, manicured acreage. The actor sold the home in 2016 for $7 million.
