Gabriel Boric, President of Chile, was interrupted on August 21 by a man who began shouting while he was delivering a speech in the inauguration of a new Community Care Center in the town of Nueva Imperial.
Boric was addressing local residents when a man raised his hands and knelt in the aisle while screaming “of the centuries” repeatedly, local news reported.
“Let him, let him,” Boric said while raising his hand. “It’s okay.”
Boric can later be seen stepping down from the stage and walking over to the man.
