Burgess Rawson has appointed Chelsea Anderson as Head of Asset Management for Victoria, strengthening its commitment to delivering exceptional value and service to clients.

In her new role, Ms Anderson will oversee asset management services, tenant engagement, and portfolio growth across Burgess Rawson’s Victorian operations.

Having originally started her career at Burgess Rawson, Ms Anderson returns to the agency in 2024 after gaining extensive industry experience working with some of the world’s largest organisations.

Her expertise spans across all asset classes, with a proven track record in maintaining high occupancy rates and optimizing portfolio performance.

“Chelsea’s appointment reflects our commitment to recognising and fostering talent, reinforcing a culture where expertise and leadership are valued,” Burgess Rawson CEO Ingrid Filmer said.

Ms Anderson’s focus will be on delivering sustainable growth and maintaining strong tenant relationships across the company’s expansive Victorian portfolio.
