Award-winning real estate expert Carolyn Wheatley has launched Belle Property’s newest office in the semi-rural suburb of Dural, Sydney

The Announcement:

Australia’s leading lifestyle real estate provider, Belle Property has announced an expansion of its network of agents in Sydney with the latest office launch in the north-west suburb of Dural.

The new office is led by award-winning real estate expert and longtime Belle Property veteran, Carolyn Wheatley, who will be joined by the dynamic Kasey Fyfe.

With over 23 years of real estate experience combined, the duo brings a wealth of knowledge to the brand’s establishment in the semi-rural suburb of Dural.

Born and raised in Dural, Ms Wheatley hails from a family with a strong real estate background, where her parents have built a legacy of over 30 years of experience in the local area.

Holding the Top 10 Performer title in 2023 and record-breaking acreage division for Belle Property Castle Hill, Ms Wheatley’s immense success is supported by her tenacious and engaging real estate approach.

“Our focus is to continue fostering the lifetime relationships we are already so well known for in the community through genuine connections, honest negotiation and hard work,” Ms Wheatley said.

“We have seen a huge increase of families wanting to take advantage of the rural lifestyle while still having close access to the buzz of Sydney CBD.”

The team’s efficiency, personal knowledge and active involvement in the semi-rural area allows the office to stand out from competing offices.

With a strong admiration of Belle Property’s boutique agency approach, complemented by a global network of agents and clients who share a common understanding of excellence, Ms Wheatley positions Belle Property Dural at the forefront of marketing innovation in the real estate industry.

Belle Property Head of New South Wales, Andrew Robinson, comments on the office launch.

“We’re thrilled to provide Carolyn the opportunity to take the next step in opening her own office with Belle Property in an area she’s so well-versed in and has a deep connection with,” Mr Robinson said.

“At Belle Property, we highly value community connection and going well above and beyond the client’s expectations, and Carolyn is the perfect example of how this can lead to great success in real estate.

“We look forward to seeing the Belle Property Dural and Belle Property Castle Hill offices work collaboratively in the Hills District as market leaders while providing a smooth and positive property journey experience for every client.”
