Mr Brain, who most recently served as Ray White City Realty Group’s Auction Manager, has spent the majority of his extensive real estate career with Ray White.
Ray White City Realty Group, comprising four offices across Central Auckland, Sandringham, Mt Roskill and Wynyard Quarter, is one of New Zealand’s largest Ray White operations.
In his previous role as Auction Manager, Mr Brain has been instrumental in developing the group’s successful auction program, achieving a clearance rate of nearly 70 per cent.
“We’re excited about Cameron’s promotion to become the overarching Director of Sales and Auctions, seeing it as a significant milestone towards our future growth and success,” Ray White City Realty Group director Daniel Horrobin said.

In his new position, Mr Brain will continue to drive auction success while expanding his focus to improve team training across all aspects of the business.

The appointment comes at an opportune time, with the group experiencing its strongest month in recent history and Loan Market reporting a 50 per cent increase in buyer pre-approvals for mortgages.
“It’s the perfect time for Cameron to take up this pivotal new role, as we’re gearing up to enthusiastically grow with the improving market,” Mr Horrobin said.
