A decade after starting his career with Ray White in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, Brandon Pilgrim has opened his own office with one clear goal – to dominate the top end of the market.

He said his focus with Ray White Burnside will be to bring a polished approach to marketing, stand out from other agencies and to focus on high-end properties in the City of Burnside’s blue-chip streets.

“The area is extremely sought after by families wanting to send their children to some of the best private or public schools in the state,” Mr Pilgrim said.

“We have beautiful homes, great infrastructure, the recently refurbished Burnside village and a consistent history of strong market growth.”

Hailing from rural South Australia, Mr Pilgrim moved to Adelaide after school to start his real estate career and fell in love with the eastern suburbs.

“I am proud to have built my business on my work ethic, discipline and a real passion for modern and effective property marketing,” he said.

“We aim to bring our unique personality to our marketing and endeavour to show every property in its best light.”

Now Mr Pilgrim has started the next chapter in his career, opening his own real estate office, Ray White Burnside.

“I have been a loyal Ray White member for my whole career, and have been fortunate to work alongside and learn from the best in the industry,” he said.

“We are thrilled to partner with Australia’s largest real estate group, who are always looking for ways to improve and grow, just as we are.”

Joining Mr Pilgrim at Ray White Burnside is his existing team of Damien Fong, Vida Bojanic and Nick Griguol.

His brother, established agent Reece Pilgrim, will also join the business.

“We are looking forward to more exceptional real estate agents who want to serve Adelaide’s eastern suburbs joining us and building their own profile within the country’s most trusted real estate group,” Mr Pilgrim said.

The new business is a partnership with Jason Spagnuolo of Ray White Norwood, the number one business for the group in South Australia.

Ray White SA/NT Chief Executive Officer, Matt Lindblom, said he was thrilled to welcome Ray White Burnside to the family.

“The opening of Ray White Burnside is testament to the exceptional impact that Brandon Pilgrim has made to the group as a whole,” he said.

“Brandon and his team have dominated market share in Burnside and its surrounds for many years now, so this next step is a natural progression.

“Ray White Norwood has demonstrated the ability to nurture and grow the careers of exceptional agents like Brandon.

“I look forward to seeing Brandon continue to thrive in his next stage of business ownership and leadership.”
