Led by award-winning local agent Bjay Paul, Raine & Horne Leppington/Austral increases its strategic presence provided by offices in Bardia, Canley Vale, Hoxton Park/Green Valley and Liverpool.

With the development of Western Sydney Airport driving growth, Southwestern Sydney is emerging as one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.

“With Western Sydney Airport at its core, it’s no surprise that Southwestern Sydney is one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions,” Angus Raine said.

“What was once open paddocks are now vibrant, bustling suburbs such as Leppington and Austral, complete with town centres, schools, parks, and other fundamental amenities.”

Born in Nepal and having built his career in southwestern Sydney, Mr Paul, the No. 1 agent in Austral for three consecutive years according to realestate.com.au, said his decision to join Raine & Horne marks a turning point in his real estate career.

“Real estate is a rapidly evolving industry, and I have always aimed to enhance my skills with new technologies, understand corporate operations, and work with one of Australia’s top brands,” Mr Paul said.

“The dynamic environment of this network, with its advanced tools and forward-thinking approach, aligns perfectly with my hunger for growth.

“It offers the ideal platform to expand my skill set and take my real estate business to the next level.”

Mr Paul underscored that whether clients are buying or selling, partnering with a knowledgeable agent such as Raine & Horne Leppington/Austral, who offers transparent and accurate information, can significantly improve their chances of success.

“Our team, which includes our energetic office manager Bikash Paudel, who has a strong defence force background and a proven dedication to serving our country,” Mr Paul said.
