News was coming out fast and furious on Thursday, after the Hur report dropped and we found out that the Biden team had every right to be worried about what it contained.
The pictures weren’t even the worst of it, it was the declaration that the Special Counsel wasn’t pursuing actions against him because of his mental state. That exploded all over, and even the liberal media had to take notice of it as they tried to come up with all kinds of things to defend Joe Biden.
But that couldn’t change what the report revealed: that he willfully retained and disclosed classified documents; that he had no authority to do so; and that it risked serious damage to America’s national security. Imagine giving this guy four more years.
We’ve spoken about a lot of the issues already, but there are a few more details that are concerning. Lawyer Technofog broke it down.
Biden told the ghostwriter about the classified documents on Afghanistan that were down in the basement in Delaware.
There are tapes: in 2017, Biden told a writer he “found all the classified stuff downstairs” at his Delaware home.
These documents were later found by the FBI.

He knew he had them, and he said they were classified. So, his excuse at his presser about the staff and that he didn’t know doesn’t wash.
The other problem is not only did he keep documents, he also wrote the classified information into notebooks and kept those as well, As someone who has spent 50 years in government, he should know he’s not supposed to do that.
There is also evidence that Biden:

Plus, there was evidence he disclosed what was in the notebooks to the ghostwriter.

That’s all bad and could have brought charges, potentially.
But this is the thing that jumped out to me: what Joe Biden said when questioned by the Special Counsel’s team.

Biden tried to tell the Special Counsel that when he described material in his notebooks as “classified” he did not actually mean “classified.” But the Special Counsel said that this excuse — that classified doesn’t mean classified — “is not credible.”
I don’t know if I would say outright that that “amounts to a criminal false statement,” as Technofog did, but it certainly raises the question since the Special Counsel said it wasn’t credible, given Biden’s 50 years in government. Biden should know what is classified and what isn’t. So, the question here is: was Biden trying to mislead the Special Counsel or trying to obstruct?
As we reported, there were also questions about obstruction when it came to the ghostwriter deleting tapes after the Special Counsel was appointed that had significant evidentiary value. But Hur decided not to pursue that.
In addition to any legal questions, if anything he said in the interview or the presser then is shown to be untrue, that could further damage his campaign which Is already in great trouble.
