Betty Ninas appointed Network Growth Manager at First National

First National Real Estate has welcomed real estate veteran Betty Ninas to their team as Network Growth Manager.

Ms Ninas brings over 20 years of experience across sales, property management, business leadership and franchise development to the role.

In her new position, Ms Ninas will focus on identifying and onboarding high-performing agencies to strengthen First National’s network across Australia.

Her career highlights include serving as State Manager for Century 21’s Victorian and Tasmanian operations, where she successfully led a network of 20 offices and delivered national strategies driving franchise growth.

Her responsibilities at Century 21 encompassed business performance planning, acquisitions and brand conversions.

Ms Ninas later held the position of Operations Manager at Jellis Craig, managing a team of 40 staff and overseeing a significant period of organisational change.

Throughout her career, she has received national recognition for her achievements in onboarding new franchise clients.

“I’m thrilled to join First National Real Estate and look forward to working with a brand that is committed to helping build, support, and grow successful member businesses,” Ms Ninas said.

“I’m passionate about helping agencies thrive and look forward to delivering value to our growing network.”

First National Real Estate Chief Executive David Edwards expressed his enthusiasm about the new appointment.

First National Real Estate operates as Australia’s largest independent real estate network, with 210 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.
